Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligible items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, contact nthanhhien361@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email update.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked Final Sale, accessories, or hygiene-related products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll replace or refund your order immediately.
